T.E.E.M Work Clubs
T.E.E.M is the Employment Support Team’s project dedicated to helping council tenants to find work. We run free Work Clubs in Bitterne and the city centre for people to drop in, as well as appointment only sessions in Weston, Northam and Shirley where you can get support with things like:

Volunteering | Starting a business |
Community Meetings
Our team is available to meet with you in community settings like cafes or local libraries. Every week, we can be found in the following areas of Southampton:
- Bitterne Library – Open access drop in open every Monday 10am-12pm
- Weston – Appointment only, every Monday 1pm-3pm (Click here to book)
- Northam – Appointment only, every Wednesday 10am-12pm (Click here to book)
- Shirley – Appointment only, every Thursday 10am-12pm (Click here to book)
- Central Library – Open access drop in open every Thursday 3pm-5pm
Please note, 1 to 1 meetings are only available for Southampton council tenants. Use our booking link below to book a 1 to 1 meeting with one of our team. If you are not a council tenant, please drop in to our Monday or Thursday work clubs.
